30 Day Challenge
Ready to take a FREE 30 Day Challenge?!?! Well here it is, 30 days of workouts. If you need to take a day off or two between days, go for it. Just remember to start back up where you left off. At the beginning of each week, make sure you complete the fitness test to see how you are progressing. The fitness test helps show you how much stronger you are getting by doing your daily workouts. Results may vary, but after a few weeks, you should see results.
